i cant log on to gamecenter and it keeps popping up "unable to connect to server The Operation couldnt be completed (GKErrorDomain error 3.)" what i do now?

so that popped up and i cant play Knights and Dragons cause of this (gamecenter) and i can download free apps and stuff but unable to connect to Gamecenter
