Q: Apple Outlook DAV Config has stopped working

Hi all,

I am getting a 'Apple Outlook DAV Config has stopped working' error when I try to sync iCloud with Outlook 2013. I have tried signing out and back in, reinstalling iCloud, and I still cant get the plug in to work with Outlook. I am using Windows 7.

Thanks ahead of time.

    Greetings jdcfs,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you are receiving an error while attempting to sync your iCloud account with Outlook on your Windows computer. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Outlook) section in the attached article.

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for the reply. I have gone through the steps in the article and they have not solved the issue. The iCloud plugin used to work once when I resynced but then would shut off every time after that. I then uninstalled and reinstalled iCloud and now when I check the calendars and contact box to sync, this error comes up. I deleted all events prior to last year as well as all recurring events on the calendar but to no avail.
