2012 MBP Retina Full Computer Freeze

For the past few months, on a weekly basis, my 2012 MBP Retina (Yosemite 10.10.3) will freeze when I am using Safari (8.0.6). The mouse and the keys are frozen and the only way to unfreeze is by doing a hard power down/reset. The only info I've found about this issue is a single post on macforums, link below, that hasn't been answered. Any thoughts?

Hello Skifahrer7,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the computer only freezes when you are using Safari. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
