how can I make music like on iTunes come though the internal speakers and at the same time all other sounds from apps come to my headphones?

I want to listen to music and edit a video, I need to hear better the video and want to listen to music like in the background sort of thing,

For example making Spotify music or iTunes come from the speakers or any other like my tv. and the audio of the video I'm editing come through my headphones so I can hear it better.
