i need to download and use Microsoft apps (power point, excel ) and they're not available on the Egyptian app store , they are free at U.S Store & i'm not allowed to download it

You can only download apps from the U.S. Store if a) you have a U.S. billing address, b) a credit card billed to a U.S. address or a gift card purchased in the U.S. and c) are physically located in the U.S. at the time of purchase/download. Since you don't meet those criteria, you cannot download those apps. Sorry.
