I'm trying to update and purchase an app on my iPhone 5s.
I'm receiving a message stating that iTunes Store is unavailable.
How can I find out if this is true or my device issue?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
Same story in two deferent iPhone's, maybe server Down! Or maybe prepare for WWDC 2015?
I wonder if iTunes is under maintenance?
I'm getting the same message on AppleTV and iTunes player.
It's not just you.. it's everyone.. Apple seems to be having some problems today, first it was the iCloud, None of us could access that and now the iTunes Store seems to have crashed and burned. I hope nothing was compromised.
Sorry to tell you, but I also had technical issues with my renewal of iTunes match today. They charged me 9 times. No one at Apple could help resolve completely. They assured me that the duplicates would be cleared in the next 5 days.
yeah, I'm having the same issue. Looks like Apple has a problem. I have tried on two ipads and an iPhone. I am unable to log in to iTunes on my ipad and I can't access the store on the others. I can not log on in iTunes on my Windows PC either.
I guess we'll have to wait...
Same issue here..ironically enough my boyfriend's itunes account is still working, despite mine not connecting on the same laptop.
I'm able to access iTunes on my PC and iPhone 6, but not on my Apple TV 3. Odd...
They're back up and running.
