Trying to download an app from app store that I know is available. I keep getting a message "No Results". Is a setting blocked to prevent the download and how to unlock it.
Which app? Which App Store?
I'm just using the App Store app that came with the ipad. My ipad is using version 8.3 and everything seems to be updated. The apps I'm trying to download are "Beltone hearplus and Beltone smartremote". They both come up on the suggestion list but when you click on them I get No Results and the eyeglass. I think it might be something in my settings.
They are both iPhone apps. Select iPhone in the upper left corner after you enter the name in the search field,
