iPhone Update to 8.3 OS Goes Bad

Yesterday I updated my iPhone 4s to OS 8.3. After I updated it my Notes were completely gone, I did 3 backups before the Update, and then 2 after it was updated. Every time I try to restore it, no matter which one I use, my notes come up empty. What can I do to get my notes back Please...Thanx for any help
