how to renew my security questions?

i am writing about how to renew my security questions. because i created those security questions long time ago. also i don't use my rescue email address. it mean my rescue email terminated by yahoo.

I need to buy some application and game. but apple store ask me to fill security questing.

please help me how to renew my security question and rescue email address.
