Incessant, daily, redundant GarageBand updates

Hi, everyone. I appreciate anyone's input on how to solve or skirt this issue; I can't take it anymore.

#Specs: Macbook Pro (2012); OSX Yosemite 10.10.3

#Problem: Daily, redundant updates for months (two per day); I update and the update-pair nonetheless comes back as "new" updates; while updating, I experience no problems as they apply successfully as any other update(s) would

#Software: GarageBand

#Two specific updates plaguing me:

(1) GarageBand Instruments and Apple Loops 1.0

(2) Remote Desktop Client 3.8.3.1
