Iphone keeps resetting

I've had an iPhone 5c for almost a year now. All of a sudden (about a month ago) my texts would stop coming through so Id restart my phone. Then when I restart it it keeps changing my sethings to the way they were when I got it. Just recently it has become

more recent (twice a day). This is very annoying and tedious. My ringtones change, my battery percentage goes away, my messages delete themselves and my predictive texts turns on. Now I can't change any of the settings back to the way I had them set and this has become really annoying. I'm already considering swiching to Android.
