How can i update my iPhoto app when it is not available in our country?

Hi! i have a problem on my iPhoto app on my MacBook Pro, when I'm trying to open iPhoto it says "The version of iPhoto installed on this Mac is not compatible with OS X Yosemite. Download the latest version for free from the Mac App Store.", and when i tried to update my iPhoto app it says, "The item you've requested is not currently available in the Philippine Store.". Anyone here who can help me? Thanks in advance!
