Mmessages like that are scams. You should never click on those links or call the phone numbers they give.
What makes you think you've been hacked or that anything was erased from your iPhone? Both are nearly impossible without the hacker having physical possession of your device.
My phone was stolen months ago, i blocked it and activated lost mode, 6 months later i recieved that message and after i tried singin in my phone was unblocked of lost mode and erased from my devices what can i do?

There is nothing you can do. By signing in to that message, you provided the thieves with the information they needed to remove the Activation Lock. Sorry, but you were scammed, and there is nothing that can be done at this point. The phone is long gone.
