Signed up for Netflix on Apple TV, unable to use password to log in anywhere else

We signed up for a new Netflix account on Apple TV, and it automatically goes through my apple ID onto my credit card. I am unable to get access to my Netflix account on any other device as it says my password doesn't match, and my apple ID is not an actual email address, just the ID name, so I cannot retrieve a new password. Not sure if my credit card has expired now, so it doesn't match with my netflix account. HELP! I can't even cancel it and start over again!
