reset iPhone 5s without SIM card

Having difficult time to start the iPhone 5s without SIM card. Need help urgently.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

You cannot. A SIM is required to restore and activate an iPhone.

If I use my SIM card from iPhone 6. will the info inside lost?

Info inside where? If you are restoring the iPhone 5s, as listed on your OP, there is no content on that device. The SIM carries no data on it, that just holds your cellular carrier's account data for you. The SIM from the iPhone 6 can be used to activate the other phone.
