How to Remove Duplicate iCloud Accounts in OS X Contacts?

In Yosemite contacts I have iCloud listed three times, i have disabled two of them to leave one, although I like things to be neat and just want to remove the duplicates. Being iCloud accounts it says to remove from internet accounts, which takes me to the internet accounts list which only has the usual single iCloud account there, so how do I remove two out of three?
