iTunes Device Authorisation
How long after you deauthorize devices can you authorise a new device. I have reduced from 5 to 3 and wish to add a new Mac but iTunes still says I have authorised too many devices. Thanks !

For authorising computers (iOS devices aren't authorised, only computers) you should be able to do so pretty much immediately - I've been able to reauthorise a computer immediately after deauthorising it.
You deauthorised the 2 computers via the Store > Deauthorise This Computer menu option on them e.g.
