I can't download any apps since changing Internet providers on iPad or iPhone?

I Changed Internet providers and can't download or update apps on my iPad Air or iPhone 6 plus.

If I turn of wifi on the iPhone and use Verizon it works ok. The wifi works for everything else.

I Reset network settings on iPad , no luck

iPad Air, iOS 8.1.2
