reset secret question

i forgot the answer of secret question , and i entered Manage apple id and tried to reset my secret answer but there wasn't option to reset it.

i tried every where to reset the secret question ,i tried on my lap top , on my iphone 6 , i tried on your site but nothing helped me at all to reset my secret question.
