Family Sharing app download notification/prompt?

Good day everyone,

Question regarding Apple Family Sharing:

If I am the Organizer in a Family Sharing plan do I receive a notification when underage users in the Family download apps? Or can I choose whether an app can be installed or not (a prompt like with in-app purchases)? I don't have a Family Sharing plan yet, so can't check the settings.
