Hi,
Through itunes on my ipad, (i do not presently have a mac), I purchased and partially downloaded a TV show. I would like to remove the partial download from both my iphone 6 and ipad along with any part of the purchase in my iTunes Store that is using memory.
Could you help?

You can delete it from the Videos app on your iPad via the Edit button at the top right of the TV Programme selection screen, or you can swipe/drag across an episode on the episode selection screen to get a Delete button. Or you can do it via Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage > Videos
You can't delete it from your account's purchase history (you can only hide purchases from the cloud via a computer's iTunes, Mac or PC), and whilst it is in the cloud it isn't using any of your device's storage (iTunes purchases also don't use any of your iCloud storage allowance).
