Samsung phone connection to mac pro

I cannot afford to buy a new apple iphone 6, wish i could but finances wont allow it. I could only afford a samsung and even with an Android file transfer program i still cannot get them linked. I dont suppose Apple do a program to link these up ?. Here in Ireland the iphone 6 is no longer on show in 3G, Vodafone as its too expensive unless you want an i phone with 8 GB, that would be no use to me
