Keeping contacts on Iphone and iCloud and Apple Address Book all in sync

Greetings everybody,

I wonder how I can keep contacts between my iPhone and iCloud/ MacBook Adress book all synced together.. all the time

Like whenever I am adding a contact to my iPhone now, it disappears after sometime 😟

Is there a solution where I can have all contacts synced together no matter what the source of adding the contacts comes from?!
