if you delete a i phone bsack up by mistake can i find it on my pcs

help please

ive had a lot of problems with i phone im on my 3rd replscent i phone plus i had back ups of my 4 and 4s it all looked same i need one dated 15th i no it on i cloud but unsure if my cloud is not working correct, i do not no how or if i can reteive it, i do not want the very last back up and i named that different also i need the one before of the phone that workedthe back was on my i mac i also put it on my windows 7 but now my windows 7 has nothing there in devices at all my mac does show i pad and the i phone i do not want but in prefences i found another one that will be ok but have no clue how to restore from prefences any help i will be very glad of thank you
