Received wrong Product from Apple
Hello,
I ordered a MacBookPro with the following keyboard layout ( I have the email confirmation to prove it): Clavier rétro-éclairé (Français) & Guide de l'utilisateur (Français)
I received the wrong keyboard in German !!!
I called customer service asking for reparation and a commercial gesture as I am now non productive and without a computer because of an error of APPLE services.
Not only did they refuse to do a commercial gesture they told me to just suck it up and wait for replacement !
This is unacceptable !
I am on top of this with no news from APPLE for the replacement of the laptop
Please advise ASAP on how you will fix this in the shortest time frame and propose a commercial gesture
I will post on social networks about my very bad experience with Apple services
