Why isn't there a scratching head emoji or a confused face emoji?!.

I am always confused about something. Everyday, there is something that someone says or does that confuses me, or I just simply confuse myself.

I wondered to myself today, 'why isn't there an emoji that shows a confused face or one that scratches their head?' So I thought I would share my thought with you guys.
