Upstairs airport express has suddenly stopped working yet downstairs wifi is good

WE have concrete floors requiring airport express x 2 to relay wifi around upstairs of the house. Suddenly with no obvious explanation the 2 units have started flashing orange even though wifi is working well downstairs
