why so many unanswered questions

I've been having a problem with photos slideshow and although I've asked the community for assistance, I only heard from 1 'expert' and my problem wasn't able to be solved. I keep looking for similar questions, but none are showing. What I do see is a huge number of unanswered concerns on various aspects of the photos app. I could pay apple to try and solve my problem, but that is not one of the reasons I went back to apple so many years ago. Who can I sent the Problem Details and System Configuration information to for help?

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), 3.4 GHz Core i7 16GB RAM

If they don't get you started give feedback to Apple - Actually top feedback would be to tell them to create manuals for their software - in PDF or IBOOK to make their software easier to understand

If all those who updated sent feedback directly to Apple -- it may bring results -- not sending it to apple implies that you feel you have done something wrong - rather than they are no longer intuitive for the majority of their users.

I don't think I could state my problem any better: Photos quits when I choose the magazine theme

Since this is relatively new app for OS, I think Apple should address problems free of charge, but that is not the case.

Well, it's not clear. I don't even see a "magazine" theme... how are you getting to that point in the first place?
