I can not log in on my MacBook in FaceTime with proper ID?

Hello,


From the very beginning of using my MacBook Pro 2015 early, I could not use FaceTime altho I provide correct Apple ID and correct username. Simply do not want to log in. Is there any trick or solution...? Thanks ahead
