ethernet option in interface pull down disappeared

My internet connection on retina iMac was working fine until few minutes ago.

When I restarted, it didn't connect to internet. I didn't get ethernet option in pulldown menu to reconfigure.

I have already checked cable by connecting to apple time capsule. It is working fine. Wifi is fine.

Can anyone tell me what is the issue? Is my ethernet port gone?
