Internet Accounts won't connect to Google.

I had been receiving error message while sending emails from my google account, so I removed the account from my computer. While I'm attempting to reload it the pane to put in my login information won't load. The spinning load bar just continues to cycle. I am using a 15" Macbook pro running OS X 10.10.3
