I Installed IOS8.3 on iPad 2. Slowed down email. When forwarding a message, screen locked and only a blank page appears now. Can't get to other emails, iCloud on iPad. Can access on iPhone, so seems just on iPad locked. In settings, tried resetting, deleting mailbox. Nothing working. Anyone else have this problem.

Thank you for your response. I have done a total shut down many times to try to clear whatever may be holding the lock.
You will need to restore the device with itunes. Be sure to do a backup before you start.
IS this similar to a reformat where everything is blown out? If so, how would I get back into iTunes to get my data, books, etc back?
