watch app freezing on phone?

I'm having a lot of problems with the watch app on my iPhone 6+ It freezes a lot, takes a long to populate apps, freezes when I try to carry out an action. Quitting and restarting sometimes (not always) gets it to work correctly. Anyone else having problems with the app. When it does work, it seems fine , installs apps on watch as requested etc. But overall its a very unstable app, for me at least...
