Can't see all my photos on icloud.com

I have got over 3000 photos stored on my icloud account. When I look on my phone they are all visible and are in my shared album (various albums). However, when I log on to icloud.com to view my photos I only see recent pictures and I don't see all 3000 photos. Is there something I am doing wrong?
