iPhone 5 Problem : The back is peeling of . What should i do ? Does Apple fix it ? (And i am always using a case) .

It's quite normal for the iPhone 5 back panel. This is what usually happens with the back shell after a couple of months of use.
I don't think you will agree to pay to have your phone or back panel replaced. Especially since the price won't be low.
