Need Macbook Pro Calendar (Yosemite) --- to share with --- Gmail Calendar online

I keep getting this error message when I try to share my Macbook Pro Calendar with gmail Calendar online, please help:

server responded with an error the request for "icloud" failed. the server responded with "400" to operation CalDAVupdateShareesQueuableOperation
