I have no picture after Downloading off Youtube, on my Mini Ipad Have sound though. I only tried turning off my WiFi and turning it on again. Hoping the Reboot would solve the problem, too no avail. Any solution appreciated.

I have no picture after Downloading Youtube, on my Apple Mini Ipad. I do have sound. What has happened, and what can I do about correcting this issue?
