i am trying all day to see where can i fine the FaceTime botton to begin using it
i can't see face time in my SETTING
iPhone 6, iOS 8.3
Where was the phone purchased?
Where are you using the phone?
Has the phone ever had FaceTime?
If the device originated from Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates, it’ll never have FaceTime.
If the device originated from a different Middle Eastern country and was unlocked or exported, it may have lost FaceTime.
Otherwise, check the device’s restrictions.

It would be more easy for the Community to help you if you explain your problem further anyways i think its something with settings
Navigate to settings then towards Facetime and turn on your facetime
