Q: iCloud Photo Library Videos not loading

It takes extremely long for the videos to load, and most of the time they don't load at all. Why?

Same problem here. Needs to be fixed otherwise icloud photo library just won't work as it should be. It happend alot that i wanted to show a video to someone and the video just wasn't loading.
