If you do represent Republic Wireless, and you're coming to a user forum to find out how to get the iPhone... um... it's no wonder you don't have the iPhone...

There is no way to find out from Apple what their plans are, they are just a little less open than the NSA but much better at keeping secrets. If you do know someone at Republic that has asked this question and not received a reply from Apple that would pretty much answer your question, Apple is not interested in partnering with Republic.
I would not be surprised if there are people on Republic using iPhones. If they have a support forum check there. You would have to buy an unlocked iPhone from an Apple Store and then obtain a nanoSIM from Republic and manually enter their APN settings. You will not have some feature such as Visual Voice mail, possibly LTE, etc.
