My 2009 Mac mini wont turn on. I checked with my cable OPERATOR-CABLE WORKING FINE. checked THE PLUGS-EVERYTHING PLUGGED IN. ANY ADVICE?

Power light lights?

Sounds/startup chime?

Hear fan or HD spinning?

Have yo disconnect all peripherals except mouse. KB and monitor?
