I keep getting Popus while browsing in iPhone 6 (iOS 8.3)

I keep getting Annoying (Adexchange) PoP-Ups on iPhone 6 (iOS 8.3) while browsing in Safari or even inApp through Fb and Myntra.

When i try to search something in Safari, or browse an article in facebook, it pushes through a lot of unknown (spam) websites preventing me from browsing what i intend to.

i Have tried to restore, clear and restore, reinstall apps - but to no good.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3, Latest iOS as on June 3rd 2015

HHave you tried downloading a pop-up blocker?

I Use Adblock mobile which can be used on both wifi & cellular but there's also weblock which is for wifi only.

if u use internet via wifi router.......try switching on to cellular data and c if the problem still persists. Usually this sort of problem is related to wifi router.
