how can i share the library of Photos with the library of iPhotos?
What do you mean by "share". Describe more clearly what you're wanting to accomplish.
i want import new photos from Photos to iPhoto.
Select the photos in the Photos library you want and Option-drag them to a folder on the Desktop. Or you can use the File ➙ Export Unmodified Original... menu option.
Either will give you the original, full resolution files. Import the folder of image files into the iPhoto Library as you normally would.
