I can't sign into my iTunes and App Store when I click the sign in button it turns gray then back to blue. I know that my Apple ID and password are correct. I even changed my passcode and it still won't work can anyone plz help me!

I had this issue today. Spent an hour or two trying to figure it out. My Apple ID is a very old one, ending in @mac.com and I have always used this to log in. Instead, I tried the @icloud.com address as my Apple ID and it worked. However I am still not able to access the App Store on my phone. When I try to open the app it just sits there with LOADING and a spinning wheel. So not fully resolved yet.

I'm receiving the same issues just now! 😟 I logged out of my itunes/app store and tried logging back in using my correct information but "cannot connect to itunes" keeps popping out. I have no idea what else to do, I'm currently updating IOS 11 hoping it'll fix some of the issues from its update.

I have exactly same issue for over a week. No reply from Apple at all. Getting very frustrated now.

First i couldn't upload my apps. So i decided to sign out and sign in.Now can't sign in ever since.

Same here, I tried logging out and back in and neither of my IDs are working. I can still see the App Store, and as previously mentioned putting in the wrong credentials gives an error instead of doing nothing. Most of the troubleshooting stuff being put up does nothing for this sort of issue, it's really frustrating.

It's a pain, but i figured out how to fix the problem. Unfortunately what worked for me was backing my phone's data to my computer and restoring my iPhone through iTunes. As annoying as it is, at least I can download apps again.

I had this problem on my iPhone 6 Plus yesterday and after trying several times to sign in, I just turned my phone off completely and turned it back on, at which point it prompted me to sign in to iTunes, and it finally let me log back in.

So try turning your device completely off then on.

I haven't been able to sign into my iTunes store on my macbook for a few months now. They email me back with reset your password etc. but nothing works. I think I'm going to take mine to an apple store.

I had the same issue & it was a pain.. But, after I use my icoud email address instead of apple id and apple id's password as the password, it worked.. 😁 .

I got a another way to get rid of this. Just update your current OS to its newer version. Example : 10.8.3 to 10.8.8 .
it solves my problem totally.

I have a 6s that isn't even a month old, and I can't sign into the App Store or download or update any apps. I can't listen or download any music with Apple Music either. I restored my phone from iCloud, my computer, and even as new, and nothing. This is incredibly annoying.

I have this problem too. I haven't been able to download and update any apps for a month. Today I restored and updated my phone. But it didn't work. After that I signed out my iTunes & App Stores and tried to sign in again several times, but I can't. it's frustrating. :-(
