iPhone 6 Plus - Wifi not working (greyed out)

Since yesterday I am unable to select the "Wi-fi" mode on my IPhone 6 Plus (Greyed out). I tried everything (reset settings, restore, etc) without success. Furthermore, it takes 3-4 seconds to open the camera and the clock shows a wrong time. 😕

Any idea??
