My iPhone has had a song stuck in 'downloading' for 2 weeks now. How can I fix this?

A bit extra information on this case:

- I have tried wifi, 3G and 4G to see if the download finishes with no success.

- I am an iTunes Match subscriber.

- I 'hard reset'ed my iphone 5s a month ago. (and I did not recover from any backup)

- I have tried deleting all iTunes songs in the iPhone a few times (through settings -> general -> usage -> etc)

- I have double checked on my MacBook and all songs are sane there.

- I have tried going into the iTunes Store App -> Downloads and swipe left the downloading song but the delete option does not come up.

- The song being downloaded seems to be a non-existent duplI ate of another song (at least the name is exactly the same and I'm able to download the original one with no problems)


Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

(At this point the problem seems server side so I suspect hard setting my iPhone will do nothing)
