For the past couple of weeks, My iPhone 5 'Missed calls/Recent calls list' is showing phone numbers and callers' name who had made to my husband's iPhone 5s. All of these calls, my phone never rang but their info is showing up on my phone history. Would sure like to know what causes this to happen.

Yes we do.
There is the problem. Apple IDs are not supposed to be shared, and as a result, you get each other's phone calls/history. See here to learn how to separate your Apple IDs and still share the content you want: How to Stop Sharing an Apple ID.

Thank you. Looks like there are different steps to share with Family Members so I'll try that route and create separate Apple IDs.
