i've received several Facetime calls from "facetime_reactivation@outlook.com", "appleteam_outlook.com", and "test_call@outlook.com". I've closed the line on them and blocked them.
i just want to know.. Are these official Apple or a scam?
I would suspect scam or spam. Why would Apple use a Microsoft Outlook.com domain when they own their own Apple branded domains? Apple does not use outlook.com accounts for anything at all. Also I don't believe Apple will Ever call you on FaceTime if they need to get in touch. They would email your AppleID and ask you to contact them. They specifically will never ask for passwords or account information in a message of any kind, they will simple direct you to login to your AppleID or contact them to fix anything.
