Effective Power text makes phone continually restart.

Hi, after receiving the effective power text multiple times from a few friends my iPhone continually restarts every 2-3 mins even if im on the phone or off the phone. tihs is a real problem because i cant back up or update my phone. i would really appreciate any help and if you have any questions about my problem just ask.
