Itunes payment issue

I am trying to access my account. I need to enter my old credit card info since i used a new computer to access the account. I no longer the card so I am unable to provide the information. How do I delte the old card, enter a new card and move past this error?

You are just logging into the account (e.g. Store > View Account menu option), not trying to download something (if trying to download something you might not get the 'none' option) ? If you aren't getting the 'none' option on the payment details screen when doing so, and you don't still have your old computer or iOS device to try from, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can remove it so that you can put your new details in from an empty screen : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
